Quarter one.
I’ve been in this company for 4.5months. There’s so many stories that I can tell. Especially about this MT Program. It was the first batch. I’m one of the 8 member that join this MT Program.
In this first quarter, I’m assigned in Business Development Division. Soo much fun! I have a cool boss, also energic team member. Boss name is “Bram Subiandoro”. And the staffs are “Irvan Imandaris” a.k.a IVN and “Andre Satria” a.k.a. ASW. They have different jobdesc. IVN assigned as ‘Business Development Specialist’. He help the boss to create a summary of a project that will be proposed to CEO. ASW assigned as ‘Sociologist’. You know what it means..
Our division culture is slightly different from other division. Our working time always more than 8hours. We usually go home around 8-10pm, and it is fine by me, because from my office to my home is just 15minutes, and by bicycle! How healthy I am. So..there’s a little bit description about my division, now I’m talking about my MT members.
In BYLP,(this is what our Human Capital named our program) we have 8 members. And with different background of course.
First, we have “Yudistira Adi Pradana”. ITB 2004, bachelor in Electro.
Second we have “Faisal Zulfi”. UB 2007, bachelor in Accounting.
Third, we have “Deri Meidian Ramdhani”. ITB 2005, bachelor in Geophysics.
Fourth, we have “Meizaroh”. UB 2007, bachelor in Accounting.
Fifth, we have “Mirna Nurmeilasari”. ITB 2006, bachelor in Chemistry.
Sixth, we have “Prih Suci”. UB 2007, bachelor in Accounting.
Seventh, we have “Vidyata”. UB 2007, bachelor in Accounting.
At last, me, “Ihsan Nur Hadi”. ITB 2007, bachelor in Business Management.
See? There’s so many color in our background. No wonder sometimes we have conflicts.

Everybody complicating thing. As always. If you work with others, don’t ask too much. You just to have fun with your work.
